NewsBackup provides an automated backup solution for newsletter creators. The Service connects to your designated newsletter platform (e.g., Beehiiv) and your cloud storage provider (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) to automatically export and save your posts and subscriber data.

3. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials (including your email, password, and integration tokens) you use to access the Service.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: The Service may require a paid subscription (monthly or yearly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Use of Third-Party Integrations

To provide our core functionality, our Service requires access to your accounts on third-party platforms (e.g., Beehiiv, Google Drive, Dropbox).

• You grant us the necessary permissions to access, view, and transfer data between these platforms solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• We do not assume responsibility or liability for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
• You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms you connect to NewsBackup.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you back up using our Service. Your posts and subscriber lists remain your property.
• Our Service: The original content, features, and functionality of NewsBackup are and will remain the exclusive property of NewsBackup and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NewsBackup, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
